I am back on line

I am pleased to say I have my broadband back and will be catching up with you all soon.
There was nothing wrong with my signal after all,it was being hi jacked by someone else.!!!  I now have a new security code that will thwart the culprit,so hopefully there will be no more problems.

I would like to introduce you to the new addition to the family.Meet BOB,a ten week old Irish terrier.This photo was taken today when I went to chose him,he will be coming home with me at the weekend.
My son has a dog of the same breed and he is such a bundle of fun that I wanted one,exactly the same.

 The next picture is Archie,my sons dog at 4 months old,Bob will develop the same shaggy coat.

Charlie will be delighted to have a companion,he has been very lonely since Oscar the Irish wolfhound passed away,though I hope he will tolerate the antics of a playful puppy.!!

INTERNET CONNECTION ALMOST NON EXSISTENT

Sorry I have not posted for a while,or commented on your blogs.
My broadband signal is almost non exsistent ,though working at this moment,it will go down again in a few minuets.This has been going on all month and our provider is doing nothing about it,so frustrating.!!
I will be back as soon as the problem is solved,in the meantime,I hope you are all well.

VIEWS FROM THE CASTLE & THE FARM

The weather of late has been dull and cold,but we did have an hour of sunshine at the weekend,so with camera  in hand I managed to get these photos.The chickens belong to my daughter,on the farm,the others are a view of the heather and gorse on the lower slopes of the mountain and Charlie on his walk.

Today it is pouring with rain and blowing a gale,so no hope of going for a walk in this.!! I hope it gets better tomorrow, I miss not getting out and about,so does Charlie.!!!

Time to light the fire.

Autumn is with us,the evenings are drawing in and I have been lighting the fire in the evenings this week.
All though the sun has been out,it is a watery sun,with little warmth,I have had to wear a coat during the day on my walks.
I have had a busy week,visitors in the Castle,with all that that entails.Shopping for a new freezer,a large upright one,because I can not bend over the old chest freezer anymore.!! Then when it was delivered it would not fit where I had planed,so we had to rearrange the kitchen.!!

The following photos were taken  on my walks over the week,a mixed bag,but I like them,hope you do too.
